Dennis Buchenholz, President and CEO:  Dennis has worked for over twenty years in the high tech electronic industry in sales, marketing, engineering management, finance, and manufacturing roles.  He previously founded a power supply company that partnered first with Raytheon and then with Analog Devices.  Dennis has a BSEE from Syracuse University and an MBA from Harvard University.

Greg Overoye, Operations Manager:  Greg has worked for MFG Electronics, Inc. (previously Dratek, inc.) for 15 years and is responsible for developing most of the quality and inspection procedures and policies currently in place.  He has over 10 years of experience training and managing employees.  Greg has an Associate’s degree from Middlesex Community College.
