MFG Electronics, Inc. offers customers both manufacturing and diagnostic services, as well as engineering design expertise. Manufacturing services include:

CB Design Services: MFG Electronics, Inc. provides PCB layout design services for approved BOMs, schematics, and mechanical configurations. Power Supply Design Services: MFG Electronics, Inc. provides complete power supply design and assembly capability based on a features and functions source document. The services include creating the BOM, schematic, raw PCB layout, and building and delivering both prototype and production assemblies.

Quick Turn Assembly: MFG Electronics, Inc. assembles circuit boards with quick turn-around time if proper documentation and a technical point of contact have been established.

Shipments Based on Adjusted Rolling Forecasts: For select customers MFG Electronics, Inc. maintains raw material inventory and schedules shipments based on a six-month rolling horizon forecast. Weekly meetings with the customer and a daily replenishment report provide an accurate forecast and delivery schedule. Staged work-in-process inventory allows MFG Electronics, Inc. to respond quickly to unexpected changes in customer demand.

Concurrent Manufacturing, Product Design, and Test: MFG Electronics, Inc. works closely with the manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and test departments of its customers to understand the root cause of any problem areas that may arise.
