Material Management

We maintain separate rooms for RoHS compliant and leaded inventory. Separate kit auditing areas have been established for lead-free and leaded assemblies as well.

Turnkey: For some customers MFG Electronics, Inc. purchases all the material on the BOM including custom and hard-to-find/obsolete components. We purchase only customer-approved components and inspect all incoming parts before placing into raw material inventory. For some clients we purchase raw stock and manage the conversion of the item to its final form prior to assembly.

Consignment: MFG Electronics, Inc. works with customers on a consignment basis and regularly communicates with them regarding shortages, can build quantities, inventory audits, and schedules/deliveries.
